How do I measure my / my child's arm for an ExpHand?

How long will it take for my ExpHand to arrive?
We aim to work on a two week turnaround time, meaning your order should be with you two weeks from your initial purchase date. All products will be sent with tracked shipping via EVRI or Royal Mail

What is your refund and returns policy?

Is the ExpHand only for below elbow limb differences?
Currently, the ExpHand is only suitable for those with below-elbow limb differences but we're looking to expand our range to accommodate other types of limb difference. Let us know what you'd like to see from our future products.

How old do you need to be to use an ExpHand?
The ExpHand is suitable for ages of 3 and up. We mostly offer prosthetics to children and teenagers, though the ExpHand is suitable for adults too.

Is the ExpHand available in my country?
At the moment the ExpHand is only available in the UK and Ireland, though we're looking to provide prosthetics to other countries in the future.
